The presentation of the cake was good, but the quantity of butter scotch in the cake was low. And the name tag on the cake was also missing.

The taste of the cake is good. The cream was fresh and yummy. I received the cake without any damage. I ordered this for my cousin. The presentation of the cake was quite simple and not satisfactory. But overall the cake is good.

Everything was fine, delivery was on time, cake was gud looking, name correctly written and msg was also conveyed. But the quality of the cake was not so gud, I guess it was not fresh enough. The message was written on a card and stuck to the packet, that was really impressive. But I have a suggestion that the message should have been written by a glitter pen or sketch pen or something colorful atleast. It's a message of happiness but the simple writing by a simple dot pen made it look dull enough. Rest fine.

Very very late delivery from the time of slot given for delivery...slot was standard time between 2pm to 5 pm...and cake was delivered at 6:42 pm. Quality of cake not according to the price.
