I had ordered butter scotch cake, they delivered same flavoured cake but the look was totally different, decoration was not good at all. Dis-satisfactoty with the presentation

I have order butter scotch cake,the taste was good but the shape & deco is not at all same as image provided. The name is written wrongly. It has to Asfa but return as Afsa. So big dissapointment.

I called them exactly 11times for some question I found out 4 times phone busy and 6 times no answer also 1 times they cut my call with no response. Really not happy with the customer service its shit !! Sorry but its true
