Ordered this cake for my friends birthday with a card and requested not to mention the sender's name. 1) they mentioned my name 2) the msg wasn't written on the cake 3) card wasn't given I used this site coz I'm not in Goa and wanted to send a cake for my best friend but these people spoiled it. I spent more than an hour chatting with the agents to make sure things would be smooth but even after all the waste of time it was useless.. requesting everyone not to buy from this site as they are very unprofessional. Also the support agents have no manners while chatting with their client. You'll will understand this when you'll chat with them. Team of Winni, I don't need any refund on this. Whoever is the owner of this needs to take serious action on this. I work for an international e-commerce company so please don't think this is a small child who's written this review.
