• Every cake we deliver is handmade and since each chef has his/her own way of baking and designing a cake, there might be slight variation in the product in terms of design and shape.
• Since cakes are perishable in nature, we attempt delivery of your order only once. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
• This product is hand-delivered and will not be delivered along with courier products.
• Occasionally, substitution of flavors/designs is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.

• Cut Off Time: 5 PM IST for Toronto & Greater Toronto Area-Same Day Delivery.
• For other areas-3-5 Days Delivery. 
• Delivery Days: Monday To Friday.

• The actual product may vary in shape, size, brand, and color as per local availability.
• message on the card may not be available in a few areas. In such a case, we will send a digital message card.
• If this product is shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate.
• Our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package.
• The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address. Redelivery is not possible.
