I had ordered and received a beautifully packed blue orchid bunch. The packing was with top quality papper and the ribbon. The thing was that you missed to put the message card in it.

Don’t order after just viewing the pic of the bouquet. They sent a cheap hand bouquet instead of the pic shown above. And the customer care team said it is slight change.
