I ordered Irish cofee cake and they delivered a simple cream cake. Worst experience... Won't recommend to anyone.

I ordered the Rich chocolate truffle cake. But what they delivered was a different one, from Just Bake. An entirely different one which didn't even cost that much. And when I contacted the people, the response was really disappointing. They refused to provide a proper explanation for the mishap. They didn't even pick up my call. It was actually really disappointing.

I had ordered the cake for my gf.. i never had such bad cake in my life.. there was only chocolate icing over the cake.. and inside was those 10 rs bakery cake we find in streetshops.. even streetshops bakery cake tastes better i think than this cake.. i had also odered a teddy bear and rose which was ok.. but the cake is pathetic.

Don’t go for this cake the image and the cake delivered is totally different and the taste of cake is yuk totally disappointed and even cost is very high compare to different site .waste of money

I ordered this cake for my parents weeding anniversary also mentioned massage on cake but fortunately cake appeared plane...wait dis is not it..after cutting there is more disappointment it taste like only white cream is there and liitle beat of mango flavour and bread layer... Very much disappointed by cake taste and service....

Really not satisfied..i would like to upload the picture of cake n roses sent but option is not given here..i didn't expect as it was shown on website at least a cute cake was also not delivered.im not a happy customer.Delivery boy forgot to deliver the roses, when asked he redelivered! Roses Wr already turned red to black! Disgusting cake n roses..Big loss of money.Zero I would rate

1★ Peppa Pig Fondant Cake

i have ordered this cake on my daughters birthday. It was not baked, No personal message , ordered for 2 Kg and what came to me was 1 kg. Spoiled my daughters happiness which she waited to celebrate for long time and we ordered the cake of here favorite cartoon. The invited kids were not happy with the cake and out of 1 kg , 1/2 kg was thrown to garbage.

The cake which got delivered was nowhere close to the one shown in the picture. It was a normal black forest one https://www.winni.in/black-forest-cake/pd/16152 I unnecessarily ordered this one overpaying 400 bucks extra. Moreover the cake was spoiled in the packet during delivery.

Completely cheating customers. Putting few ferrero rochers on a cheap choclate cake. Disappointed. Will never order from this site again. Ferns and petals is way better. I wish i had an option to add picture of the cake to show how badly i feel cheated

I ordered this cake and mixed flowers from winni.after waiting whole day and calling them hundred times i got this order at 9 pm.and what i got was a cheap looking rotten chocolate cake and ugly dried bunch of yellow flowers.they refused to refund or replace the order.i felt hugely cheated by winni.i will never suggest anyone to purchase from this site.they are big fraud.

Don’t order after just viewing the pic of the bouquet. They sent a cheap hand bouquet instead of the pic shown above. And the customer care team said it is slight change.

The cake that was delivered was total shit. Cheap quality when I called the bakery guy he said it was 300 rs cake for which they charged 749 rs from me and on contacting they didn't even answer. Don't buy cakes from these people ever. Go for much better options like Ferns N petals who have quality service.

1★ Yummylicious Mango Cake

The cake we've got looks nothing like in the picture, mango was cut VERY badly, felt like someone has done in for the first time, all the toppings have been removed, only poorly cut mango. Bottom whipping cream wasn't there either Requested to put Happy birthday on the top of the cake, they put on the bottom of the plate, which made this cake look even more uglier. It's a shame to even make such cakes! Doesn't look like this company bothers about customer satisfaction. Delivery was changed as well, which added additional troubles and charge. Not going to order anything from this website and won't recommend to my friends/family either, it was the first and the last time.

I ordered from winni a day before delivery, It was supposed to be delivered between 9 am to 3 pm., But It was delivered by 7 pm. plus no tag on the bouquet. Ordered pink flower, they delivered something else.. And Between 3 pm to 7 pm, I had to call (Always busy, tried 20+ times) and chat (4 round conversations). Now it's up to you ..

1★ Rocky Road Cake

I placed an order for this Rocky road cake for the next day. Got a message from them next day stating that the delivery was attempted but the house was locked and they tried calling me. We were at home the whole day and my phone was very much reachable. When we tried contracting them they said the same thing and asked me to pay 150 extra for delivery. I was forced to do so since the party was going to start soon. They then assured me that the cake will be delivered by 7. After that I got another message soon enough stating that the delivery was attempted again and no one was at home. I kept calling them multiple times and no resolution was provided. I basically lost the entire amount on the cake and the extra 150 delivery charge. Very unethical service and stressful experience. We had to go to another cake shop finally. Lost the money and no cake was delivered.
