I was looking for a chocolate fudge cake and visited my website. After that I decided to order from Winni. The cake was delivered within 5 hours of placing the order but the message written on the cake was not up to the mark. So, i have rated it with three stars however the taste of the cake was good.

I loved the cake as it was tasty and fresh. But, there was delay of 20 minutes. That ok but please team try to deliver your products at the right time.

It was a tasty cake and the only issue was that the message on cake was wrong. It was Happy birthday instead of Happy anniversary. I would suggest Winni team to improve their service in such paradigm.

Fresh cake was delivered at my door by delivery boy. I asked him the reason for the delay. He said due to traffic. I was satisfied with his answer. I suggest Winni team to make the delivery possible at the right time.

The cake was delivered at the right time. But, it was a little bit damaged. I raise a complain and it was sorted out within few hours. The cake was redelivered again. It was a fresh and delicious one.

Bouquet was fresh and it really smell nice but my main concern was the time of delivery as I want delivery to be done by 12 noon and Winni did it around 2 p.m.

No doubt flowers were fresh but I am disheartned because of late delivery. The bouquet was supposed to delivered at 10 A.m. and it was delivered at 4 P.m.

I ordered this pink roses bouquet and it was delivered in fresh condition. The only things that has annoyed me is the late delivery.
