We ordered a rasamalai cake for a very very special occasion but made
the worst decision of choosing Winni's for it. It was nothing like the
description except the yellow food coloring. The flavor as per the
description was supposed to be rasamalai vannila flavor but the cake we
received only had vanilla flavor. There were no traces of pistachios or
rose petals. The one piece of rasamalai topping was actually a piece of
rasagulla. DO NOT choose just by looking at their picture. Alluring
only in the picture and not in their actual product. Totally
disappointed. Delivery delayed as well

I was Very disappointed by this order. I ordered this chocolate cupcakes after seeing it's availability but they called and said that chocolate ones are not available so we are sending the vanilla ones. I didn't had a choice so I agreed for the vanilla ones which was cheaper than chocolate ones. If the product is not available at particular location then what's the meaning of showing its availability.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the quality of
the gifts that I recently ordered for my employee. On November 10, 2023,
I ordered gifts from your website and paid Rs 2,000. However, the gifts
that arrived were of the worst quality and were packaged in a plastic
bag. I immediately contacted customer support and after three
conversations, they agreed to replace the product. However, the
replacement product was also of the same low quality and arrived in a
terrible basket. I am particularly upset by the quality of the diyas
that you sent, which are completely different from the diyas that are
shown on your website and are available for Rs 5 in the market. I have
attached photos of the gifts that I received for your reference. I have
also requested the support team multiple times to resolve this issue,
but they have simply replaced the order with the same quality products.

The cake was messed by delivery agent despite warning to be careful
while handling the box. Flowers were part of the order but were NEVER
