I have ordered 500 gm Black forest for my beloved ones.I paid triple
the amount of the cake including special delivery charge i.e, 799/-
altogether. They delivered it in time. But the cake looked entirely
different from the one which was shown in their display. It was
disguisting. When I contacted customer care, they only told that thay
can return the cake. As i dont want to create a mess on Christmas day ,I
denied it. So beware before ordering in winni. There is no guarantee you
will get the product they displayed on their website.

Jesa cake photo mein dikh raha hai vesa cake apko nahi milega...aur ye
bhi ho sakta hai ki ap jo order kar rahe hain wo apko deliver bhi na
ho... Ye fraud website hai... Ek baar apne online payment kar di uske
baad refund hone ke no chances... customer care ka koi support nahi
milega apko...be alert friends !!

Fucking bullshit... Its kinda scame be aware guys... They only provide
one number and its always buzzy and than it got switched off i tried to
call them more than 45 times and than it got switched off...and when i
tried to chat with them chat rep comes and ask one question that what is
your order number and than disappear...and said no refund policy...its a
fully scam...I loose my money but guys pls don't use this site or
winni.com for order...i don't know they said my number is not reachable
that's the reason my order will not deliver...they are seriously money
taking scam

Always deliver chocolate cake and the same cake and design. I order
different cake with different flavor. They charge as per flavor but
give the same cake everytime. Worst service. Fooling ppl

It's a fake website last time I ordered and didn't get my order so these
guys refund my order in the form of winni wallet nd now also I am trying
to order but these guys showing me that I cannot use my winni wallet
full amount so simply " ye chutiya banane ki website hai " nd
one more thing look at the customer service no. It's a private mobile
number which comes always busy. These guys are FRAUD.

I have ordered the cake and favorite romance for my wife's birthday.
She received only cake that of different flavor from Just Bake and the
flower (favorite romance) was not delivered and cake which she
received cost much less in Just Bake. They did not inform us on the
unavailability of the cake i have ordered or that they can not deliver
the flower. I would have arranged alternate if i knew this earlier. They
have ruined the b'day.. After so many emails to their customer care they
have agreed to refund only the cost of the flower which i have not
received until now (almost a month now).

We ordered a choco velvet cake, and asked to write a birthday message..
But we received a plain cake. And this is the second time we received
plain cake.. and the customer support is really hopeless as they don't
even bother to respond.. I don't suggest this anymore..
