First of all the order was delivered very late. The bouquet had only 6
roses that too all were dried. Very disappointed by the service.

Bloddy you guys are making me fool or what ? I have orderd cakes and
flowers you only delivered the cake . Trying to contact with ypi guys
your customer support number is not working and also not getting any
response by mail . Pathetic service highly dissatisfied with your
service .

I have ordered a cake. Firstly it was delivered after 9pm and the cake
quality is also worst i have ever seen in picture and reality it was
tottally different. Don't go for it any time.This was my first and last
chance to buy this.

I can't see this kind of worst cake in my life,winni you&your team
totally disappointed my loved once birthday,it's worst test of cake
which proper not design, name not written, any thing not good, I am
fully disappointed from winni, and customer team caller & delivery
boy also not given proper response, it's vaste of time money please
don't buy in winni, I can't order next time winni further anymore.vest &worst

I have ordered 500 gm Black forest for my beloved ones.I paid triple
the amount of the cake including special delivery charge i.e, 799/-
altogether. They delivered it in time. But the cake looked entirely
different from the one which was shown in their display. It was
disguisting. When I contacted customer care, they only told that thay
can return the cake. As i dont want to create a mess on Christmas day ,I
denied it. So beware before ordering in winni. There is no guarantee you
will get the product they displayed on their website.
