Really not satisfied..i would like to upload the picture of cake n roses
sent but option is not given here..i didn't expect as it was shown on
website at least a cute cake was also not delivered.im not a happy
customer.Delivery boy forgot to deliver the roses, when asked he
redelivered! Roses Wr already turned red to black! Disgusting cake n
roses..Big loss of money.Zero I would rate

I've ordered 1Kg of choco truffle, but i have received a plain cake with
chocolate cream over it. The message i've given was not there. The cake
is very old and very dry. My wife got utterly disappointed. Wasted my
money and time. Buyers please don't ever buy or order cakes online. I've
got cheated. Please be careful and check the order during delivery

Winni will just spoil your plan, no time even if you extra money. You
willchoose time slot but order will not reach on that time. Better go to
shop and buy by itself.

someone as a surprise. Called up customer care with just a sorry
statement . Dont ever Order from here worst site.

I ordered the Rich chocolate truffle cake. But what they delivered was a
different one, from Just Bake. An entirely different one which didn't
even cost that much. And when I contacted the people, the response was
really disappointing. They refused to provide a proper explanation for
the mishap. They didn't even pick up my call. It was actually really
disappointing.

The flowers that were delivered were nowhere like those showed in the
picture. Not at all worth the price you've quoted. Disappointed really!

I ordered this cake for my parents weeding anniversary also mentioned
massage on cake but fortunately cake appeared plane...wait dis is not
it..after cutting there is more disappointment it taste like only white
cream is there and liitle beat of mango flavour and bread layer... Very
much disappointed by cake taste and service....

There was no wishes written on cake ...which was so disheartening!
Flavour wise it was good.. consistency was not great..too many layers
becomes very difficult to serve

i ordered roccky road cake for my best friend and they delivered some other cheap chocolate cake like thing which is even disgusting to look at. i regret of even sending cake now.. they made me ashamed.
i read the reviews here and ordered ... i even doubt the reviews are fake now.

I placed an order for this Rocky road cake for the next day. Got a
message from them next day stating that the delivery was attempted but
the house was locked and they tried calling me. We were at home the
whole day and my phone was very much reachable. When we tried
contracting them they said the same thing and asked me to pay 150 extra
for delivery. I was forced to do so since the party was going to start
soon. They then assured me that the cake will be delivered by 7. After
that I got another message soon enough stating that the delivery was
attempted again and no one was at home. I kept calling them multiple
times and no resolution was provided. I basically lost the entire amount
on the cake and the extra 150 delivery charge. Very unethical service
and stressful experience. We had to go to another cake shop finally.
Lost the money and no cake was delivered.
