Cake was nice. We placed the order in morning 8am nd i received at
6.30pm which is not acceptable.. Delivery is not on time.. Don't like
the timing.. Otherwise cake n flowers were good

Very much on time delivery. I appreciate that. Everything was very good.
Flowers were really fresh, teddy bear was of good quality, card, massage
typed card everything was perfect. But the cake was shaken so design was
completely distorted. U try to provide some delivery box sort of thing
to ur delivery assistant, so atleast cake sort of food thing would be in
proper shape , other wise it is killing the impression made by sender. I
felt the last time I received my gift included very small detailing with
neatly packed things which made a very good impression on ur management
n care. I will look forward to ur improved service.
