I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the quality of the gifts that I recently ordered for my employee. On November 10, 2023, I ordered gifts from your website and paid Rs 2,000. However, the gifts that arrived were of the worst quality and were packaged in a plastic bag. I immediately contacted customer support and after three conversations, they agreed to replace the product. However, the replacement product was also of the same low quality and arrived in a terrible basket. I am particularly upset by the quality of the diyas that you sent, which are completely different from the diyas that are shown on your website and are available for Rs 5 in the market. I have attached photos of the gifts that I received for your reference. I have also requested the support team multiple times to resolve this issue, but they have simply replaced the order with the same quality products.
