I ordered cake titled i love u chocolate cake, over which it was written i love u. So i ordered this cake for my hubby. On on recieving the cake there was no happy birthday message which i have told to write on it. In fact no i love u written on it. Totally plain cake. On calling customer care, they turned a deaf ear to my request. On my hubby b'day for the first time i m forced to cut a plain cake with no message because of this site. Totally disappointing. Also taste is average compared to sindhis and gopal. Dont decision of mine to order cake from rhis site. Very much disappointed.

I had ordered this chocolate cake on valentine's day . The packaging was perfect and the person delivering the cake was very polite. The cake tasted delicious...pure chocolate. Overall, it was a good experience.
