Order was placed to deliver the Cake on Mother's Day between 10:00AM - 2:00PM, but Cake was delivered at 9:30PM in the night. This is really dis-appointing and I am not happy with your Service.

Giving it 2 stars for the following reasons: 1. The cake didn’t show up in one piece. 2. The cake didn’t fit in the base and so most of it was on the cardboard box. 3. Cake had at least 2 layers of frosting - didn’t do justice to a Blackforest cake. Overall, a very unhappy customer.
