I have ordered the cake and favorite romance for my wife's birthday. She received only cake that of different flavor from Just Bake and the flower (favorite romance) was not delivered and cake which she received cost much less in Just Bake. They did not inform us on the unavailability of the cake i have ordered or that they can not deliver the flower. I would have arranged alternate if i knew this earlier. They have ruined the b'day.. After so many emails to their customer care they have agreed to refund only the cost of the flower which i have not received until now (almost a month now).
