• All cake deliveries are done between 12 noon and 7 pm local time.
• The cake image displayed is indicative. Actual products may vary in shape or design as per the local availability to facilitate last moment deliveries.
• Since cakes are perishable, attempting to deliver at the recipient's address will be done only once. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
• The chosen delivery date is an estimate and depends on the availability of the product and the delivery destination.
• Substitution Policy: Occasionally, the substitution of flavors/designs is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues and to deliver the gift on occasion. Replaced flavor/design will be of similar weight.
• Our courier partners do not call before delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be available.
• Message delivery is not guaranteed.
