“Corona Se Bach Ke Rahona”
In the light of the novel Coronavirus, Winni has rendered its full support to the government of India to curb the spread of the contagious virus. We call out every employee of Winni and citizen of India to follow all the precautionary measures ruled out by the authorities. The foremost step to keep yourself safe and sound from this virus is to stay home and maintain social distancing. Isn’t it better to Netflix and chill at home than getting those painful drips and tons of medicines at hospital, right? Definitely! Staying home would be my preference. What would be yours? So, for the sake of your loved ones at home and your fellow citizens, we urge each one of you to stay at home till India successfully loosens the grip of the virus.
Understanding the need of the hour, we as a responsible organisation have also taken some precautionary measures to keep all our employees away from the Coronavirus. We believe it is very simple and easy to avoid getting exposed to the virus by following all the effective guidelines regulated by our Government. The first being staying indoors. Secondly, avoiding all public gatherings. Thirdly, keeping all the personal hygiene up to the mark, and so on.
Here are the effective measures taken by Winni, keeping the safety of our every employee’s in mind.
- As soon as the orders of staying at home were ruled out by the Government, we have asked all our employees to work from home. All the work is being assigned by the managers online, and the employees are reporting the work within the stipulated time, keeping the spirit of the company high.
- Since it was observed that markets are running short on sanitizers because of the high demand, our employees reported the unavailability of sanitizer. So, before switching to work from home, every employee was provided with sanitizers (having at least isopropyl alcohol upto 60-70%) and the workspace was also being sanitized at regular intervals within a day.
- Not just the supply of sanitizers, we have also provided our employees with face masks.
- Before our company went on work from home, we had ceased the meetings in the office. Yes, this came for the prevention of large gatherings at a time. Urgent piece of work or information was being mailed to the employees instead of calling for a meeting.
- Also, the break hours of the employees were rescheduled. Again, to control the mass gathering, different break hours were revised by the authorities of Winni.
- Sick employees were given immediate leave and were asked to go on “self-quarantine” and avoid meeting people.
So, it’s time when everyone comes together to join their hands & make a fist and fight against the Coronavirus. It’s a humble request to everyone to stay home and break the chain of the virus and adhere to the guidelines of the Government and experts or our own betterment.
