How to Make the Heart Popping Valentine's Day Cards to Spruce up the Special Day

“When I see your face, there’s not a thing that I would change. ‘Cause you’re amazing just the way you are.”

Bruno Mars would have never thought that his song would bring a love fever across the world. Yes, this song made hearts go gaga over their love interests, be it uncle-aunties, or the Millenials. I have seen my friends, getting head over heels with their partner. It is the perfect thing to see in the whole world, and God swear, sometimes I envy them. Heart Pop-up Valentine Card

Pop-up cards have always been fascinating for all of us. Open the card and heart pops out. It looks wow, and I am sure that you can make it by putting in some patience. If you have done a part of origami in your school, then you can try making this. Start by folding the card stock for creating a card base. Then, cut a colored paper which should be of the same size as that of the base. Cut slits on the colored paper and glue it inside the card, leaving a few slits. Next, make some heart-shaped cutouts and paste the bigger one on the front side of the card. Finally, glue the rest of the heart-shaped cutouts on the pop-up stand and the rest of the card. Voila! Your pop-up Valentine greeting card if ready.

Punched Heart Cards

You need to get your hands on the best punching paper in different colors and a white one for sure. If you are good at calligraphy, then write tiny phrase on the paper. Next, paste some colorful cutouts of hearts on this paper. Then, make a matching envelope which has a small heart stitched on it. At the end, add some decorative trim on the borders of the envelope.

Hang your Hearts Card

For this card, you need to have heart cutouts, string, and mini wooden clothespins. In this we will be trying to recreate the look of a room with hanging decoratives. You can start by taking two blank pieces of colored paper, which should be of the same size. Since I am a huge red and pink fan, I took these colors, but you can make your own choices as well. Then, trim the edges of the inner card by half an inch. Next, use an adhesive for attaching the ends of the strings to the backside of the inner card. Stick the inner card to the inside of the outer card with glue. Finally, hang the heart cutouts with the clothespins on the strings. Ahhh! I know it is a bit puzzling, but you can have a glance at the picture for a brief idea.

Pretty Paper Poppies

Make use of the flowers and create a beautiful card for your lovely man/woman. Take an ivory sheet or crepe paper, then paste the dried flowers on it. Lastly, adorn it with a beautiful message which comes from your heart.

Ladies and gentlemen, these are the most preferred greeting cards which you can gift. And yes, you can pair up this card with a delicious Valentine cake. Saying ‘Te amo’ or ‘I Love You’ does not matter, what matters is the effort you are putting behind it. I hope you guys must have understood what I meant to say. Happy Valentine’s Day!!!
