As I was shifting my chunky sweaters, oversized hoodies, basically my winter wardrobe into the trunks and welcoming the cool breezy shirts that will be my friend for the coming months. So, i came across some really cool prints that made me realise that it’s not only cool clothes that i will be enjoying, but summers also bring along great seasonal recipes along with drinks to sip on. 

I understand if summer is not one of your favorite seasons, I mean it’s an official season of sweaty armpits, dehydrated body, tans and sunburns. So, I would not be wrong to say that the season gives us all the reasons to hate it. But sunny side up, it is a season of jam packed water activities, cute floral dresses and lazy weekend brunches. The one thing that is still lovable about this season is that the scorching heat gives you an authority to enjoy amazing coolers, popsicles and other refreshing food. This is amongst many joys of summers. It does not take more than a breezy summer brunch in your favourite shorts to make this season a bit likable. But with 40 degrees outside, kitchen and cooking would be the last place you would want to be, right? Worry not! Healthy summer brunch is pretty easy to DIY, at least with the recipes that I have on my mind, which I’m going to share with you. That’s all my friend, that’s all you need for a bunch on a summer day. It is pretty much my favourite go -to when i’m feeling super lazy. Despite being easy, the recipe is really refreshing too. For the berries, put one cup of mixed berries like blueberries and raspberries. The healthy toast will hug you in all the right places and keep you satisfied.

Blueberry ginger cooler

Summer and dehydration are two sides of the same coin. No matter you try to keep yourself hydrated, you always feel thirsty. Especially when you are someone who is always on the go under the merciless sun, you definitely need some coolers to cool down your mind and body. You have noticed that coolers are charged really high in cafes, so, try them at home. Trust me, they are really easy. Since summers are home to fresh berries, here is a blueberry ginger cooler that is hell refreshing.

Thankfully, summer is a time when fruit is available in abundance, so you can prepare a kiwi mojito that is tangy and sweet.
