• Every cake we deliver is handmade and since each chef has his/her way of baking and designing a cake, there might be slight variation in the product in terms of design and shape.
• Since cakes are perishable, we attempt delivery of your order only once. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
• This product is hand delivered and will not be delivered along with courier products.
• The chosen delivery date is an estimate and depends on the availability of the product and the delivery destination. It might be delivered a day early or a day late, in some rare scenarios.
• Occasionally, substitutions of flavors/designs are necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.
• We cannot deliver parcels where the recipient's name is not on the doorbell.
• The drivers are not allowed to call the recipients due to data protection reasons.
• Kinldy shared the address with the name on the doorbell, and someone should be available to receive the parcel.
