I ordered a hazelnut cake to be delivered in midnight for someone's
birthday. However due to covid-19 restriction, night curfew was declared
in the city and Winni team took corrective actions and delivered the
cake before 9PM. Really appreciate the way they handled the situation.
Kudos the the delivery person, who personally said sorry on delivery
conveying that due the situation they are not able to deliver in
midnight. I really appreciate the efforts team has done on such
circumstances. More then the cake I like the professionalism the team
has shown here. Kudos to the entire Winni team and specially the
delivery person.

Initially I got a hint of scare whether the product will actually get
delivered and later when I called the customer care, the guy nicely
ushered my query and resolved it. However, as promised they delieverd
the cake. I would like to recommend winni to anyone for a smooth
transaction and hassle free deal. Looking forward to use this service
